As a native La Jollan and second generation Realtor, Kim's career spans over 14 years in residential sales. She has built a successful business and reputation over these years with her work ethic, market knowledge, accessibility and professionalism. Being part of a "Concierge" brokerage aligns perfectly with her personality. Kim's local knowledge, paired with a vast library of vendors and has provided clients with everything from contractor referrals to where to board their horse! Kim's hard work has been recognized with being voted a Five Star Professional winner 2015-2022 and recently in 2023. This is given to a select few agents based on polls by San Diego residents as well as past clients. In addition, Kim was one of the first agents awarded by Zillow for "Best of Zillow" category based on polls by current and past clients. Personally, Kim lives in the Bird Rock neighborhood of La Jolla where she enjoys the local shops and restaurants. She has two grown children and supports various animal charities.
