Gregg, Theresa, and Cassidy are an amazing team. Gregg is a creative problem solver who works day and night to bring your purchase/sale to a successful conclusion. We had a very complex transaction, buying a property in La Jolla during lockdown from London, involving different currencies, assets in the UK and US, and an 8-hour time difference. I would really set more stars than it allows in Zillow. Kalinka is amazing! She supported us on each step of the transaction and she has a great team. Our lender and construction manager and Kalinka worked as one team and it made our purchase super smooth! We had to move out closing date a week further because of the seller and Kalinka was fighting for us till the end. She showed the interest that we don't want to loose our money because we also set a move out date for the place where we were renting and at the end we did not loose any money. Saying more because of that - Kalinka added $1000 to our closing costs. Super professional and pleasure working with! I recommend 100%. We found Kalinka by the reference from our very good friends and I personally was super surprised and recommend her to all my friends. Super nice person and great professional real estate agent!
